No, we communicate through tutor emails linked to google hangouts - all you need to have is an email address.

DO YOU AWARD SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS?
Sadly no, we are not currently able to offer a formal qualification to acknowledge your learning at the OSP.
CAN I WORK WITH A TUTOR ON AN AREA OF LEARNING I PROPOSE TO THEM?
Yes, we welcome any course suggestions and queries and will put you in touch with a specific course tutor, should you like to approach them for individual learning.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We are not able to offer refunds but can instead exchange your booked course for another one or work with you at a later date (ie move the course date).
THE COURSE I WANT IS FULLY BOOKED
Please let us know which course it is and we shall contact you to discuss whether you would like to re-book it the next time it runs, have your name added to the waiting list in case of cancellations or make an arrangement with the tutor running the course.
WHAT KINDS OF COURSE DO YOU OFFER?
We have courses on a one-to-one basis online and in groups of up
to twelve online. These are for either eight weeks or four weeks. Some are live, with an online typed discussion each week. Some are non-live with marked work posted back for group or individual response. If you live in Oxford, we are happy to tutor face to face on an individual basis.
