Bodies of Poetry, Performance & Presence

Overview: A year long course that examines text, voice and imagination in direct relation to composition: What does it mean to read poetry? What does it mean to write poetry? We will be excavating inner and outer voice for a full collection evolved for the end of the year. The course comprises three core eight week courses and two satellite courses per term in the Winter and Spring Terms, with a final manuscript assessment in the Summer Term. Offered by Dr. Kirsten Norrie, this course comprises a more intimate group of six individuals and will take place on one day per week from 9-11 am, within the time-frames given. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE IN INSTALMENTS.
